Please remember to cancel an appointment if it is no longer required - we have included a form in the patient toolbox for you to do this.........................................If your prescription is collected by a nominated pharmacy, please allow extra time for this when you request your medications.....................................Did you know, if a doctor is returning your call - you are having a telephone appointment......................................

Missed Appointments

In the month of December  2011, we had 106 non attended doctors appointments and 72 non attended nurses appointments. Patients who do not turn up are jeopardising important appointment

Premises Update

Unfortunately the Clennon Valley project is no longer viable, therefore we are back in the situation of looking for an alternative site to develop.
